Have you downloaded a PKIo SBR certificate and does the file name show “undefined”, or does your software require a different extension? You can easily adjust this yourself. It is not necessary to request a new certificate.
How to change the file extension
- Right-click on the downloaded file.
- Select “Rename.”
- Replace the extension (behind the period) with:
- .p12 (recommended as standard), or
- .pfx (if your software specifically requires this format).
- Press Enter and confirm the change if your computer prompts you.
Your certificate is now ready for use.
Important
- You do not need to request a new certificate.
- A new application will incur additional costs.
