The information below has been extracted from the Tax Authorities website. Do you want to file a tax return with the Tax Authorities on behalf of a fiscal unit? You may do so by following these methods:
Sales tax
One of the companies in the fiscal unit must have eHerkenning (or apply for it). The Chamber of Commerce number of your company - not that of the fiscal unit - is used to log in on behalf of the fiscal unit.
The employee who logs in must have the 'Sales tax for fiscal units' authorisation and choose 'Log in for someone else'. This service is always enabled within a standard, unadjusted, authorisation.
Corporate tax
Fiscal units for corporate income tax can apply for eHerkenning level 3 on the RSIN of the parent company.
After logging in, select the tab 'For myself'. In the declaration, you can indicate for the parent company whether a subsidiary has been added or removed.
