Do you want to log in to the Dutch Tax Administration on behalf of a fiscal unity? Since January 2026, the way you log in has changed. The solution you need depends on the type of tax return you want to submit.
Important:
For VAT returns on behalf of a fiscal unity, you need a separate eHerkenning without KVK product. For corporate income tax, you can often still log in with the eHerkenning product of the parent company.
VAT return
To submit a VAT return on behalf of a fiscal unity, you can no longer use an eHerkenning product linked to the KVK number of one of the companies within the fiscal unity.
You now need a separate product: eHerkenning without KVK. This product must be registered using the fiscal number of the fiscal unity.
