To issue a chain authorisation to your intermediary, you will need an eHerkenning tool at Level 3, and the company administrator status to do so. Please read the instructions below for more information on how to issue a chain authorisation.
Granting a chain authorisation is free of charge.
1. Become a Company Administrator
You can become a company administrator by going to the 'Companies' tab within your account ..- Log into your account via my.digidentity.eu;
- Click on 'Companies';

- Click on ‘Become Administrator'.
You now need to have the company administrator letters delivered by the authorised signatory(s) on the letter or letters. Once these are approved, you will have access to the Self-Service Portal.
