Once you have successfully completed all steps in the Digidentity app, you will see a confirmation in the app that the process has been completed.
Your life certificate is then sent to the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB). The SVB is responsible for checking and processing your life certificate.
Good to know: Digidentity can only confirm that you have completed the steps in our app. We cannot check whether your life certificate has been received, approved or processed by the SVB.
If you want to know whether everything has gone well, or if you need confirmation that your life certificate has been received, please contact the SVB directly. Only the SVB can confirm this for you.
If your life certificate has been approved, you will usually not receive any further confirmation from the SVB. The SVB will contact you if they need any additional information.
