As part of the registration for 'eHerkenning Without KVK', a Letter of Authorisation will be issued to you once you have uploaded your identity document for verification, and have provided your FI Number.
This Letter of Authorisation must be filled out by an authorised signatory, who is permitted to act as a legal representative for your organisation, to confirm that you are permitted to register for the 'eHerkenning Without KVK' service on their behalf.
Once you have been able to have this letter signed by an authorised signatory within your organisation, the signatory will then be able to upload the letter via the QR code provided on the letter.
