To register for 'eHerkenning Without KVK', please note that you will need the following:
- The Dutch Fiscal (FI) Number for your organisation. For more information on where you can locate your Fiscal Number, please see Where can I find my Fiscal (FI) Number?
- A valid Identity Document (passport, driving licence, or identity card) that contains your signature
- A valid email address
- A smartphone with a working internet connection*
- A credit card for payment. iDEAL is also accepted as a payment method for eHerkenning Without KVK. If you are registering through the Digidentity Wallet app, you can also process your payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device.
- An authorised signatory for your organisation must be able to approve your registration via the Letter of Authorisation that will be provided to you during the registration process
- Lastly, a legal document will need to be provided that confirms the status of your authorised signatory as a legal representative for your organisation**
Please note that it is possible for Dutch organisations and individuals, without a Chamber of Commerce (KVK) Number, to register for this service.
*A smart phone is necessary in order to download the Digidentity Wallet App. Instructions are included in the registration process.
