This is because, within the SERMI scheme, your SERMI certificate is fully managed by your Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) — not by Digidentity.
Who should I contact for SERMI-related questions?
For any SERMI-related enquiries, you will need to contact your Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) directly.
Your CAB is responsible for:
- Your SERMI accreditation
- Issuing and managing your SERMI certificate

If you still have access to your SERMI app, you can find your CAB’s contact information there.
- Open the app
- Go to your certificate or account details
- Your CAB’s contact information will be listed there
What should I do if I’ve lost access to my SERMI certificate?
If you no longer have access to your SERMI certificate, Digidentity cannot restore this for you.
In that case, you will need to contact your Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) directly. They can help you regain access or reinstall your certificate.
Why is Digidentity not able to help?
Due to the rules of the SERMI framework:
- Digidentity does not have access to your personal SERMI data
- Digidentity is not allowed to verify or manage your identity within SERMI
- All responsibility lies with your CAB
