A Professional Organisation Certificate is a Qualified Electronic Certificate (QES) that contains not only your personal details but also the name of your organisation.
What does this mean in practice?
- Your digital signature includes both your name and the organisation name.
- The signature has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, both within the EU and the United Kingdom.
- You can sign documents easily through the Digidentity app: simply select the certificate and enter your PIN code.
No smartcard reader or USB token is required.

When should you choose a Professional Organisation Certificate?
This certificate is ideal if you:
- want both your name and your organisation to be clearly visible in the signature;
- need an electronic signature that meets the highest international security and trust standards.
