Digidentity collects, processes and stores the following data categories:
- Identity data including, if relevant: name, date of birth, sex;
- Contact data including, if relevant: billing address, home address, e-mail address and phone number(s);
- Financial data, including if relevant: bank account number and/or other payment card details;
- Transaction data including if relevant: details about payments and delivery to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from Digidentity;
- Technical data including if relevant: internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to use our products and services;
- User profile data including if relevant: username and password, purchases or orders, preferences, feedback and survey responses;
- Usage data including, if relevant: information about how you use our website, products and services;
- Aggregate data including if relevant: statistical and/or demographic data, which we have derived from your personal data and which we may for example use to calculate the percentage of users that access a specific website feature. We ensure the key to link the aggregate data back to your personal data can only be accessed by those persons who need to access it for specific and legitimate purposes.
Why does Digidentity process personal data?
Collecting and processing personal data is inextricably connected to the products and services that Digidentity provides. A verified online identity can only be established using this data, as without it, anyone could apply for an online identity in your place.
What happens if I do not give consent for Digidentity to collect, process and store personal data?
In this case, unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to use our service as we will not be able to verify the information we need to verify your identity. If you have already provided consent but choose to withdraw it, Digidentity will no longer collect, process or store your personal data and will cease to provide you with access to its products and services.
