As part of the 'eHerkenning Without KVK' registration, you will be asked to provide a supporting legal document that confirms the name(s) of the legal representatives of your organisation.
Provision of this document will be needed in order to process the Letter of Authorisation that is issued to you during the registration process.
When providing this legal document, please ensure that the following requirements are met:
- That the document is written in Dutch or English
- That the document contains the name and address of the organisation
- That the document confirms the name(s) and date of birth information of the legal representatives of the organisation
- That it has been made clear as to where the information provided may be verified, such as an administrative authority
What type of legal documents may be used?
While there is no set list of documents regarding the legal document needed for confirming your organisations' legal representative, some examples do include:
- Incorporation articles for the organisation, or articles of association;
- A register of beneficial owners for the organisation (also referred to as a "UBO Check");
- A statute of the organisation in which the names of the legal representatives are included;
