When you begin your registration with Digidentity, we ask that you provide your email address and confirm that you have access to it by entering a confirmation code on our web page or in the Digidentity Wallet app. The confirmation code is sent automatically to your email address and can be resent if needed.
If you have not received your confirmation code, please check the following:
- Make sure you have entered the email address correctly (without any accidental spaces added before or after the email address)
- Check the junk/spam folder of your email address in case the confirmation code email has been filtered there
- Try adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list (or address book)
- Click the option on our web page to have the code resent (NB: Depending on the email domain host and its configuration, it may take several minutes for the email to appear)
