Please note: Only diplomatic entities (such as embassies and consulates) and international political organisations (such as the International Criminal Court or the European Medicines Agency) are assigned a PROBAS number.
If you are a business registered with the Dutch Trade Register (Kamer van Koophandel), you do not have a PROBAS number and should not register for eHerkenning PROBAS.
To register for eHerkenning PROBAS, you will need the following:
- Your PROBAS organisation number and/or organisation name. Note that you will only have a PROBAS organisation number if you are a representative of an embassy, consulate, or an international organisation (in the context of international relations).*
- A valid passport
- An email address
- A smartphone with a working internet connection.**
- Lastly, an authorised representative of your organisation must register first to approve your request.
