You can receive a copy of your invoice. Please first check your spam or junk folder to ensure the invoice has not been filtered there.
If your organisation has a Company Administrator who receives all invoices, they can provide you with a copy of the invoice.
If you are unable to locate the invoice or do not have access through the administrator, please contact our Accounts Receivable team at debiteuren@digidentity.com. They will assist you and resend the invoice.
