Autodata’s integration with Digidentity provides a simple, secure way to meet this requirement.
- Garage Owners register their business and invite technicians for verification.
- Technicians complete a quick identity and qualification check through the Digidentity Wallet app.
Once verified, technicians can continue using Autodata as normal, and when they access content that includes Safety Information, they’ll simply confirm their identity through a multi-factor authentication (QR) prompt.
Importantly, Autodata provides Safety Information only, not Security Information (such as key codes, immobiliser data, or anti-theft programming). Therefore, this verification process is focused purely on ensuring safe handling of high-voltage and related systems — not vehicle security data.
