A Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) is the most secure type of digital signature and is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature in both the EU and the UK. It meets the highest international standards.
With Digidentity, professionals can remotely verify their identity and confirm their RA (Register Accountant) or AA (Accountant-Administratieconsulent) status. Once registration is complete, they can sign documents directly in the Digidentity app using their PIN—no smartcard reader or USB token needed.

Difference between Professional Certificate Accountants and Accountants Enterprise
The only difference between a regular Professional Certificate Accountants and a Professional Certificate Accountants Enterprise is that the Enterprise version includes an additional company verification step for invoicing purposes.
During the registration of the Enterprise product, you enter your Chamber of Commerce (KVK) details. Verification is based on the domain name registered with the KVK.
