This article concerns access to Solera web services after January 7th, 2022
The vast majority of Solera web services are suitable for access via eHerkenning level 3 (eH3) from Digidentity. However, there are a few exceptions. In the automotive domain, two Solera services are not suitable for logging in with eH3::
- Qapter via a Backoffice connection (e.g. via DWPro, Iboss, Portoview, Dispatch)
- Audainsight Qlikviews
For the above web services, an Automotive Authentication (AA) certificate is required as a replacement for the current Digital Passport. Therefore, make sure to exchange your existing Digital Passport for an Automotive Authentication certificate in a timely manner.
You can also use the Automotive Authentication certificate to access a number of other services where you have the option of using eHerkenning.
