If you have received an email titled ‘Digidentity Final Notice n°’ followed by an invoice number, this means that we have an overdue and unpaid invoice on record for your subscription.
Before issuing a final notice, we send the original invoice, followed by two reminder emails: the first after 17 days and the second after 28 days. The final notice is the fourth email you will receive from us regarding this unpaid invoice.
We recommend that you search for the invoice number in your email inbox to verify that the invoice has been received. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
Payment
If the invoice is paid within 5 days, the original invoice amount will remain valid. However, if payment is not received in our account within this period, we may suspend your product(s) and transfer the claim to a collection agency.
Any additional costs incurred, including statutory interest, will be charged to you. These costs amount to at least 15% of the first €2,500, with a minimum of €40, in accordance with the Decree on Extrajudicial Collection Costs.
