If you have received an email titled ‘Digidentity Final Notice n°’ and then an invoice number, this means that we have an overdue unpaid invoice on file for your subscription.
Before sending a final notice, we will issue the original invoice, as well as two reminder emails, 14 and 28 days after the original was sent. The final notice email is the fourth email you will receive from us regarding your unpaid invoice. We recommend that you search for the invoice number in your email inbox, including your spam or junk email folder, to double check that the invoice is valid.
If the invoice is paid within 5 days, the original invoice amount will remain valid. However, if payment for the overdue invoices is not received in our account within 5 days, we will suspend your account and transfer the claim to a collection agency. The costs for this, including statutory interest, will be charged to you. These costs will amount to at least 15% of the first €2,500, with a minimum of €40, as outlined in the Decree on Extrajudicial Collection Costs.
If you have contacted us via email regarding a final notice and have not yet received a reply, please do not send multiple emails. We will consider the date of your email as the date of receipt for any necessary actions or follow-up.
