A Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) must first be accredited by their National Accreditation Body (NAB) and approved by SERMI.
After this process, CABs can schedule a meeting by contacting Digidentity Customer Success. This meeting serves as the first point of contact where customer success representatives provide onboarding information, and outline the necessary procedures to go live.
