As a Company Administrator, you can change which eHerkenning services a user is authorised to access.
Open the user’s authorisation
- Go to the Self Service Portal and log in.
- Select the name of the organisation.
- Select Users.
- Select the user whose authorisations you want to change.
- Select the relevant authorisation.
First reset the authorisation to “No services”
Before assigning the required services, reset the user’s current authorisation to No services. Select the user’s current status below and follow the instructions.
The current status is “Selected services”
- In the Actions column, select Authorise.
- Immediately select Unauthorise.
- Check that the status has changed to No services.
The current status is “All services”
- In the Actions column, select Unauthorise.
- Check that the status has changed to No services.
The current status is “No services”
No action is required. Continue with the instructions below.
Choose which services the user can access
You can give the user access to specific services or to all services included in the authorisation catalogue.
Give access to specific services
- Open All services.
- Use the search bar to find the required services.
- Select Authorise next to each service the user should be able to access.
Give access to all services
- In the Actions column, select Authorise.

After making the changes, check that the correct services are shown and that the authorisation has the expected status.
