How to get in contact
If you have any questions or need help with our service, our service desk is available through the following channels:
- Live chat support: weekdays from 8am to 10pm, and weekends 8am to 5pm
- Phone support: weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm, and weekends 8am to 12 noon
Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and your telecoms provider must include these calls in inclusive minutes and any discount schemes in the same way.
