NL/EU Service Desk
The NL/EU Service Desk provides support in both Dutch and English for all non-UK-specific products (visible by selecting ‘EN’ at the top right of the Digidentity website and then navigating to ‘Products’).
Note: all eSignature products (eSGN) are supported by both the NL/EU and International Service Desk.

Call Costs
Calls are charged at the same rate as calls to standard geographic numbers (01 or 02). Your telephone provider should apply these calls in the same way within your call bundle or discount rates.
