As an Authorised Representative, you can change the billing information for your organisation in the Digidentity Self-Service Portal.
To amend the billing information attached to your organisation
- Log into the Digidentity Self-Service Portal
- Select your organisation.
- Select 'Invoices' tab on the left-hand menu.
- Click 'Edit Invoice Settings' on the top right
You can now change the billing email, PO number, and set the date on which you wish to receive invoices.
