The authorised representative is responsible for approving the applications of additional users within an organisation.
- Log in on the Digidentity Self Service Portal.
- Select your company
- Select 'Employees'
- Select 'Approve' or 'Reject'
Whenever an additional user completes the registration for eHerkenning PROBAS, a notification is sent to the authorised representative of the organisation.
An overview of all pending, approved, and rejected eHerkenning PROBAS applications can be viewed in the Digidentity Self Service Portal.
