An application for eHerkenning PROBAS can remain pending for several reasons. Digidentity can inform you which specific reason applies to your application by contacting the Service Desk.
As an authorised representative:
1. You have not been appointed as authorised representative (yet).
Your organisation has not yet appointed you as an authorised representative in PROBAS. The authorised representative must be known in PROBAS before registering with Digidentity. The authorised representative must be the first to register for eHerkenning PROBAS.
2. Your personal details could not be verified with PROBAS.
The personal details from your passport must match your personal details in PROBAS. If these differ, your application will remain pending.
If you are notified by Digidentity that this reason applies, please consult with the registration officer from your organisation to verify whether the personal details on your passport differ from your personal details in PROBAS.
As an additional user:
1. There is no authorised representative in your organisation
Your organisation has not appointed an authorised representative in PROBAS. This person must be the first to register for eHerkenning PROBAS. After completing the registration, the authorised representative can approve or reject applications of other users on behalf of the organisation.
Without an authorised representative, your application will remain pending until this role is filled.
2. Your personal details could not be verified with PROBAS.
The personal details from your passport must match your personal details in PROBAS. If these differ, your application will remain pending.
If you are notified by Digidentity that this reason applies, please consult with the registration officer from your organisation to verify whether the personal details on your passport differ from your personal details in PROBAS.
