The authorised representative is responsible for approving the applications of additional users within an organisation. Applications of additional users can be approved (or rejected )in the Digidentity Self Service Portal.
- Log in to the Self Service Portal.
- Select 'Employees' on the left-hand menu.
Whenever an additional user completes the registration for eHerkenning PROBAS, a notification is sent to the authorised representative. An overview of all pending, approved, and rejected eHerkenning PROBAS applications can be viewed in the Self Service Portal.
