To send an invitation for eSGN to an employee, you will need to be a company admin and subscribed to one of our eSGN+ products. Employee access is managed via the Self Service Portal (SSP). To log into the SSP and send an invitation, please follow the steps below:
- To access the SSP, go to https://selfservice.digidentity.eu/ and log in
- Select your business name from the list of accounts
- From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, select 'Employees'
- Select the green 'Invite employees' button
- Choose the required eSGN service from the drop-down list (for a comparison of available plans, please see: What is eSGN?)
- If you have a coupon code, select it from the drop-down list or enter it in the 'New coupon code' section. If you don't have a coupon code, select 'No coupon' from the drop-down list
- Enter the email addresses for your employees then select 'Continue' (you can invite up to 50 employees at a time)
- Confirm by selecting 'Send invites'
Managing invitations
After your invitations have been sent, to monitor which employees have accepted, or to revoke an invitation, please visit the 'Invitations' tab inside the SSP.
