Due to the impact of COVID-19 measures, Digidentity is currently verifying identities for an unprecedented number of new users. We are doing everything possible to service all existing and new customers to the best of our ability.
For this reason you may find that you are placed in a queue when trying to create your account to verify your identity with us. This is to make sure our service continues to run smoothly even while in very high demand.
When you have reached the queue page, you can enter your email address to the page to receive a notification once it is your turn to begin verifying. After doing this, you will not need to remain on the page while waiting for your turn.
Once you've received your email notification to start creating your account, you will find in that email a link that you can follow to begin.
After you have created your account and begun your verification, you can continue at any time without needing to rejoin the queue. To do this, please see the login steps on the following page: How do I get back to the registration web page?

Haven't received your notification?
If you have entered your email address to be notified when it is time to join the queue, but haven't received your code, please try the following:
- Check your junk/spam mail folder
- Search your email account for 'queue-it' to see if you can find your notification
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email account's safe-senders list
- Try the queue again using a different email address
