When verifying your identity for NHS Total Reward Statement, get a State Pension, or to view/share your DVLA driving licence information, you are directed to complete a lower level of verification than for other GOV.UK Verify services. The lower level of verification can be completed through one or more of the following stages:
- Verifying the details of a fixed mobile phone contract with O2 or Three (if available)
- Answering a series of security questions based on your financial credit file
- Uploading a photo of a photo-ID document using the Digidentity app
