The Digidentity app can be used to generate your security codes. Once set up, you should get a personal ID generated on the app showing a code changing every 30 seconds. Only the current code needs to be provided in order to proceed.
If, when setting up the account or logging in you are told that the code is wrong or has expired, it likely means that the time on your app device is not matching the exact time where you are currently based. Below are some things to check in order to resolve this:
1. Ensure that you are entering the code matching the requested ID on the login page (if already set up)
2. Check the time settings on your app device
2.1. If if is not set to automatic (ie. you manually set the time), please turn this feature on
2.2. If the time is already set to automatic, please turn this feature off and back on again
3. Manually change the time of your device to where you are based
3.1 Either search online for the correct time, e.g. search Google for the current time
3.2 Or check the time on your internet registration device and match it to this (if set to automatic)
