If you have too many failed attempts at logging into/recovering your Digidentity account, you will firstly be temporarily blocked for 15 minutes. You can try again after this time is up.
Should this happen too many times in succession however, you will receive a message that your account has been blocked and to contact the help desk.
Please note that you will only be able to block an account if you provide a known username/email address but another detail was incorrect, for e.g. password or recovery code.
To unblock the account, we ask that you contact email@example.com from the registered email address, including the following information:
* Confirm your username (Only if you created your account before 3rd November and have not accessed it since the end of that month)
* Confirm your email address
* Request that you would like us to unblock the account
Once our team have received this request, we will be able to perform the unblocking of your account so that you can try to access it again.
