In order to continue proving who you are, we require at least a year of your UK address history listed on your profile.
For this reason, when you have moved address, it's important that you do not replace your existing address, but add it as a new one. You can do this using the steps below:
1. Go to the Digidentity login page and provide your login details to access the account.
2. Update your address details from the 'Address Details' section.
3. From here, you can add a new address using the relevant button.
Once you have updated your address, your details will automatically reprocess so that we can gather recent information from the updated address to prove who you are.
