If you have changed name or address since creating your Digidentity account, it is important that you update your details on your Digidentity account.
Each time you add new information to your Digidentity account, your details will be reprocessed to make sure that we can still find enough information to confirm your identity. For this reason, when you have changed name or address, please add your new information using the 'Add a new name/address' option rather than editing existing details. Please follow the steps below to add your updated information:
Updating your name
- Go to https://my.digidentity.eu/person_details
- Once logged in, select 'Add a new name'
- Once your information is updated, return to your account page by going to the menu in the top-right of the page and selecting 'Account'
- On the next page, find the Continue Registration section and select 'Continue'. You will then be asked to confirm any changes you've made
Updating your address
- Log in to your account page via https://my.digidentity.eu/addresses
- Once logged in, select 'Add new address'
- Once your information is updated, return to your account page by going to the menu in the top-right of the page and selecting 'Account'
- On the next page, find the Continue Registration section and select 'Continue'. You will then be asked to confirm any changes you've made
