When logging in to your Digidentity account, you will be asked to provide your username or email address.
For most users this will mean providing your email address to log in, however if you registered with Digidentity before the 3rd of November 2017 and have not logged in since this date, your account will still be registered to a username, made up of at least 6 characters (which could include letters, numbers and dashes).
If you cannot remember your username, you can recover this part of your login details by selecting 'Forgot your username?' on the Digidentity login page.
Once you regain access to your account, your username will be "migrated" over to your registered email address. On future logins you won't need to remember your username and can provide your email address and password instead.
If you have accessed your Digidentity account after the 3rd of November 2017, you can disregard the information above and login with the email address you used to register.
