You must approve the requested chain authorisation yourself in the Self Service Portal. The authorisation only works if the chain authorisation has also been created correctly by your customer.
- Log in to the Self Service Portal
- Click on the relevant company
- Click on 'Chains'
- Click on the authorisation that is pending
- Click on 'Review'
- Click on 'Approve'
If this concerns your application for a chain authorisation as an intermediary, do not forget to assign the chain authorisation to an employee (this can also be you).
- Click on 'Employees'
- Click on the employee
- Click on 'Review'
- Click on 'Add authorisation'
- Select the chain authorisation 'eHerkenning on behalf of [Company name]'
- Under 'Catalog', select 'eHerkenning LoA3'
- Click on 'Authorise' next to 'All Services'
- Click on 'Approve'
