You are responsible for ensuring that the chain authorization between you and your client is set up properly, as a chain authorisation must be the same on both sides, and exactly the same services must be set up for both you and your client.
Digidentity cannot coordinate this with your client for you. We cannot send an email to a client on whose behalf you have requested an authorisation. Digidentity does not receive messages from other suppliers.
You must contact the customer yourself to set up the chain authorisation together.
