As a company administrator, you can limit or extend an employee's authorisation. For example, you can do this to limit access to a smaller number of services, or to grant access to multiple services.
Restrict services for one or more employees
As a company administrator, you can restrict all permissions, both for new and existing employees. Here's how:
- Log into the Self Service Portal;
- Click on the relevant organisation name;
- Click on 'Users';
- Click on the user in question;
- Click on the 'eHerkenning' authorisation
- Click on 'eHerkenning'.
If you want to restrict services, it is recommended to first disable all authorized services and then assign the allowed services. This will make the process more transparent. After that, check the status of the services. You may come across option A, B or C.
A: If the status is ‘Selected Services’
- Click on the checkbox next to 'All Services' twice;
- The 'Authorise' button has now changed to a 'Revoke Authorisation' button;
-
Click on 'Revoke’.
B: If the status is 'All Services'
- Click on 'Revoke authorisation' next to 'All services'.
C: If the status is 'Not authorized'
If you see this status, you can proceed directly to the next step.
Enabling the correct services
Now turn on the desired services. You have two options: select specific services (for example only the services of the Tax and Customs Administration or the RVO) or select all services within the eHerkenning level 3 catalogue.
To select specific services:
- Click on 'All services';
- Search for the required services in the search bar;
- Click 'Authorise' next to the service of your choice.
To select 'All services':
- Click the 'Authorise' button next to 'All Services'.
