To authorise an employee via the Self Service Portal, they will need their own Digidentity account, and begin the registration process for an eHerkenning product. As soon as the employee enters a KVK number during the registration process, the company administrator receives an email, stating that an employee has registered on the behalf of the company. Follow the steps below to approve that employee.
Approve an employee
- Log into the Self Service Portal
- Click on the relevant company
- Click on the 'Users' tab
- Click on the “Authorisation Requests” tab
- Click on the user
- Click on 'Approve' to approve the employee
Once approved, the user can complete the registration process.
