The EU service desk provides support in both Dutch and English, for all non-UK specific products (visible by selecting 'EN' - top right-hand side of the Digidentity web page - and then 'Oplossingen')
NB: All eSignature (eSGN) products are supported by both the UK and EU service desks.

Costs
Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and your telecoms provider must include these calls in inclusive minutes and any discount schemes in the same way.
