The UK service desk provides support in English only and is unable to assist with products purchased to access government services in the Netherlands. The singular exception is support for the 'PROBAS' product (for diplomatic and international organisation representatives only).

Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and your telecoms provider must include these calls in inclusive minutes and any discount schemes in the same way.
