As the organisation's administrator, you can manage a user's authorisations (i.e. the services they are permitted to access).
To manage a user's authorisations:
- Go to the Self Service Portal and log in
- Click on the organisation's name
- Click on 'Users'
- Select the user in question
- Select the applicable authorisation
If you want to restrict the services for a user, it is recommended to first disable all authorised services and then assign the permitted services. This makes the process more reliable. Please check the status of the services afterwards. You may come across option A, B or C.
Option A: If the status is 'Selected services'
- Click on 'Authorise', in the 'Actions' column.
- Now immediately click on 'Unauthorise'
- The status should now have changed to 'No services'
- You can now proceed directly to the next step.
Option B: If the status is 'All services'
- Click 'Unauthorise', in the 'Actions' column.
- The status should now have changed to 'No services'
- You can now proceed directly to the next step.
Option C: If the status is 'No services'
If you see this status, you can proceed directly to the next step.
Activate the right services:
You can now manage the specific services for a user. There are two options:

- Search in the search bar for the required services;
- Click on 'Authorise' next to the service(s) of your choice.
To select all services:
- Click on 'Authorise', in the 'Actions' column.
