If you have installed the Digidentity app to your device and the app crashes while taking your photos, you can try the following:
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Often issues with our app crashing can be resolved by simply reinstalling the app.
- Update the app. If you have had the app installed for a while, it may need updating to work correctly.
- Check to make sure your device is compatible. For the device requirements, check the following article: What are the device requirements for the Digidentity app?
- Try downloading the app onto a different smartphone or tablet. In some cases a specific device may have issues with our app, in which case using a different device may help you proceed.
