If you have received an email from us after providing your documentation saying that your registration couldn't be completed, it is likely due to the final check of your details. It may be that our system has found that the details of your documents and personal details do not match.
Check your profile details
When adding your personal details, is it possible that you misspelt your name or provided the wrong date of birth? Log into the My Details section of your profile to double check the following:
- That you have entered your full legal name (not shortened using initials)
- That you have provided your full forename and not a nickname
- That your name is spelt correctly
- That your date of birth is correct
We will reprocess the final check automatically should any of these details change.
