19-05-2020 - Due to the effects of COVID-19 measures, we are currently verifying an unprecedented number of users. For this reason documents uploaded with our app may take longer than expected to verify.
If your document is marked as 'pending' on our web page it means that it is awaiting verification to determine whether or not it can be accepted towards completing your verification.
If the pending document is one that you added the details of yourself (ie using the manual form on our web page), the document should not remain pending more than a few minutes. If your document has stayed pending for longer, please contact our service desk for assistance as the document may not have processed correctly.
If the pending document is one that you have uploaded using the Digidentity app, it will usually remain as pending for 10-15 minutes while it is processed. As document photos uploaded with the app also need to be checked by our staff, your document may remain pending for longer if outside of our opening hours. Our office is open during the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00
Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00
Should the document photos you uploaded with the Digidentity app remain pending for more than half an hour inside our opening hours, please contact our service desk for assistance as the document may not have processed correctly.
