I did not receive my email confirmation code, what do I do?

There could be a few reasons why your email address confirmation code is not being received. Please refer to the troubleshooting steps below: 

  1. The email address should be entered correctly without any accidental spaces added before or after the email address.
  2. Check your junk/spam folder in case it was sent here instead.
  3. Try adding noreply@digidentity.eu to your safe senders list (or address book), then resend the confirmation code.
  4. If the confirmation code doesn't arrive after trying the steps above, please try an alternative email address.
