My email address has changed, what do I do?

Once you have logged into your Digidentity account from you can change your email address in the 'Contact details' section.

Please note that you will be required to confirm your updated email address using the confirmation code that will be sent to you.

If you have created an account with us before the 3rd November 2017, you would have created/used a username. Please bear in mind if you edit your email address, the email address will become your new username.
