Once you have completed your verification with Digidentity, you should be redirected to the service you require automatically.
If for any reason you are not redirected however, or you are currently logged out of your account, we advise you to follow the steps below:
- Choose the service you need from https://www.signin.service.gov.uk/paused/digidentity
- Select 'Continue with Digidentity' from the next page
- Provide the login details for your Digidentity account
- Enter in the security code sent via mobile or app
You should now be redirected to the service you require. If you have any difficulties logging in, please do not hesitate to contact our service desk.
Other GOV.UK Verify services
Some GOV.UK Verify services are not yet listed on the GOV.UK web page.
- For NHS Pension Rewards or an NHS Total Rewards Statement, please go the NHS TRS web page and select to log in using GOV.UK Verify.
- To sign a mortgage deed, please continue via the HM Land Registry web page.
- If you are trying to log in to a service that is not listed here or at https://www.signin.service.gov.uk/paused/digidentity, we recommend returning to the web page where you were first asked to verify your identity with GOV.UK Verify.
