After verifying three pieces of UK evidence manually, you are directed to the final stage of registration which involves answering a series of identity questions about your personal/financial history.
These questions are randomly generated from your credit file and are designed in such a way that only you as the account holder would be able to answer them. Therefore we can be sure at this point that you are who you say you are.
If this stage is successful, your verification will be complete. If one or more of the answers provided do not match what is on file however, you will be directed to use our Digidentity app to reupload an ID document (passport or photo card driving licence). This requires you to take a photo of the document and also of yourself. Since this reaches a higher level of assurance, it bypasses the need for the questions.
