I am shown a processing message stating that it is taking longer than expected, what do I do?

During registration, the details provided must be processed in order to verify that information. Sometimes the processing can take slightly longer, so don't worry about waiting a short while at this stage.

If after a few minutes you are still unable to proceed, try refreshing your internet page. Please also check to see if we have any pop up notifications letting you know that we are experiencing some delays at this stage.
