If you receive an error message when entering your email confirmation code on our web page, please see the tips below:
- Check that you have entered your code exactly as shown in the email (without any extra spaces)
- If you have been copying and pasting the code, try typing in the code manually instead
- Refresh your page, then select to have the code resent. If you have any issues receiving your code, please see: I haven't received my email confirmation code
