Your Account Recovery code, formerly referred to as your PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code, is emailed to you automatically during the recovery process. This code will allow you to recover your login details. Each time you will recover your login details, you will receive a new Account Recovery Code (ARC), making the previous one invalid.
If you did not receive a new account recovery code automatically, you may have the option to resend this on the relevant recovery page. If not, our help desk can resend the code to your email address.
